Feel bad for the snake.  Was probably only trying to stay warm.   Undecided

By the way...He's really quite docile and gentle. loves to be held..taken outside in the summer tp  play in the grass.  Believe it or not..I've fallen asleep with him..several times...wake up and he's right there...lovin the body heat...is that weird that grown men sleep with their pet snakes? I also have 2 Blue and Yellow Macaws..had both of them for almost 20 years too...never have been caged....take those 2 everywhere..like kids..well they are the only"kids" i have.....besides the snake. So in closing..if anyone might need snake or bird advice...I'll be glad to answer any questions...if I can...seeya   Luke

My neighbor had snakes when I was a kid. Used to constandly play with precious, her boa.  Always had her wrapped around me.  Would freak the hell out of my mom (who is scared to death of them) when she would peek out of my hair.   Grin

But what the hell are angle worms?  Remember you are talking to a desert rat who has lived her whole life in either Arizona or Nevada...

Well, they are these 1-2 inch long, narrow worms that come out onto the driveway pavement after it rains in the summer.  My mom told me I used to put them in my underwear drawer to play with later on.  She used to find them all dead and dried up when she'd be putting my laundry away. Grin

Nice and cosy space I guess. So was my pocket when I used to carry them around as a little boy.

yup...I've been fishing since I was 2 yrs old and my fingers were too small and weak to pinch apart a crawler, so those were the only worms I could get on my hook.  Plus, it was lots of fun picking them off the ground.  Since I've "grown up", I love to go pickin nightcrawlers instead.  hehe Grin
