Fighting the headache, but its an even battle!

I ve been having a badass year with cluster pain.Im a clusterfuck now for almost five years but the predictive shit is all gone now.I just get banged at different times, stress and anger seem to trigger along with "more than a few beers". I go p/f for a few weeks and then whammm,.....im fucked. 9 or 10's only get me a couple of days but 5's and 6's really suck for a few weeks.I went on a cruise recently, peaked in cycle 4 days before leaving.Fought the headache many times throughout vacation but aborted by practically running around the ship looking like a tickin timebomb(speedwalking in a trance-like state with eyes squinted just paying attention to my next steps). "mommy,Im scared!!!!" says the little girl who i walk by. Fuck it  Besides crazy shit like that,I won!! I had a great fucking time. I hate to miss an hour of a party(for a headache) but I gave the bitch his time and was spared the other 23 hours of the day. Im just leaving a cycle now but it aint in no hurry.

thanx for the replies Grin  I am leaving this cycle and it is a great feeling,im sure u all know "this" feeling. Unfortunately i had to be in a fucking cycle on a 3000 dollar trip but I made the best of it.I could have minimized my pain by not drinking any alcohol, but what the fuck,I went on this cruise to have a fucking blast which to me involves drinking budweisers round the clock. Id be sluggin beers and before anyone noticed I was gone, they would see me speedwalking on the running track above them.I must have had people scratching their heads when I would return an hour later ordering another bucket of beer. Fuck headpain

I like to drink,no,I love to drink Wink Some may have h/a's worse than mine but I know what a 10 is,been there many times. The only way I can keep going and try to manage life during a cycle is I treat my h/a's like an attacker, but i know when hes gonna strike.I literally find myself talking to myself(cluster demon) saying out loud with my fucking teeth and eyes clenched from pain,"I will not let you get me down on my knees",or something like that.It helps me,weird because most of time I can get like 2-5 seconds of releif out of it.I nucking futs I guess. To cathi: carnival sensation out of tampa, only port cozumel, mexico. It was our first cruise and was lived up to its nickname "partyboat".Everyone partied in their own way, kids and all(many kids). BTW Im not entirely out of woods yet, averaging 1-4's everyday still Cry
