Just found out my old man's job is sending him to Iraq?....this is selfish on my part but he's the only one that helps me get thru these things, holds me to keep the panic away..tells me Your going to make it hang in there.......just thinking about it my head is hurting......and my heart...."snif"....not to mention the Danger he will be in.....makes the clusters seem unimportant.....feeling alittle shaken up but can't let him see it...have to get it together before he gets home so he's not worring about me....thats the last thing he needs to do.......I keep telling myself you can do this for him he does so much for me....I hate the weakness I'm feeling right now......just had to tell someone...Thanks

Yes, more families go thtough this. And they all have their "emotional moment".
It is their right, I'd say.

So don't feel bad about feeling bad. You can DO it.

Don't feel bad about expressing your feelings here.  We want to listen and pray that everything will work out and that he will stay out of harms way.
