Yes, I have one addition at first glance. Your chart is rather geared to shrooms. (nothing 'gainst them!). But for anyone not using shrooms, for anyone just starting out with meds the doc/neuro might have given them, or just on(non-operative) OTC or other pain killers: they need to keep track of their medication, preventative or abortive. e.g. What medication, when taken, what dose, how long on the O2 etc. I don't see a way to squash all that in a footnote. Maybe you can add a dimension?

I didn't intend to gear it toward shrooms, lol. The example chart is mine - and that's what i'm trying this time. I see what you mean though, some meds require more detailed notekeeping .... I'm gonna have to think on this one ... maybe move the "kip scale" & continue the lines down past the days and use the space for keeping daily med notes. I will definitely include that in Version1.2

I converted the chart into a PDF file for easier printing. Anyone who would like a copy e-mail me. Opus

Just color it black, and add a little blue spot every 2 hrs and you have a picture of my normal cycle.

Perhaps a set of symbols to indicate treatments, the symbols could be placed on the chart at the times they were taken. Everyone would have to develop their own key -- a red circle for Imitrex, green for verapimil, blue for oxygen, perhaps with dosage amounts written inside the circles, or indicated somehow in the key... hmmmm... may have to expand the vertical dimension for more room and accuracy as far as when meds/treatments were used.... Anyway, great work michael. Looks like a very useful tool. -tommyD
