Saw the neurologist and was checked immediatly into the hospital. No, they're not CH. We're guessing right now it's Status Migranousis. We're trying the Beta-blockers again, but all other treatmetns have failed. And because of all the other treatments, I'm forbidden to take -anything- for the pain. I get to just suffer through.
Gah, this sucks.
But I wanted to thank you all for the info and the support you gave me while I was here.

I, too have never heard of what they say you have.

Right diagnosis, but not much more hope. The Beta-blockers are my last hope, and in the meantime I'm still in incapacitating pain. There's not much info on SM... they by all reports just magically show up and magically go away-- no rhyme, no reason.
Know any support groups I might be able to turn to?

Is no biggie. Though many of the links here I was able to find groups for SM sufferers and that has helped.
