People just don't "read" and "comprehend" what one posts. They seem to want contraversy and arguements.
Let's stop jumping on each other and start trying to understand what the other guy/gal means.
If this doesn't apply to you....just forget it. If it does, do something about it.
I don't even answer many posts around here anymore because by the time you get to the bottom of the thread, you don't know what it was about.
A good example is the CH/CHP thread. Where in the world does it say you are not welcome here if you have CHP? I'm about to give up..........seriously. I hope I feel differently tomorrow.

I, for one, do hope you feel better about the MB tomorrow. It's reassuring to me to know that an ex-sufferer is out there as a supporter. Gives those of us that havn't been able to shake the beast hope for a PF future.

I tend to stay away from some of the contraversal posts myself. Being a newbie here can sometimes be scary but theres alot of great people that do make ya feel welcome.

I just don't read the threads that anger or upset me. I think the old saying they have here..."take what you want and leave the rest," comes into play here.....just change it to "take and give what you want....leave the rest".

It says you are an ex suffer!!!! How does that happen??? I wold love to hear what you have to say, being that you understand. My husband came in teh office yesterday and wanted to know what I could be getting out of talking to Clusterheads. If you never had them you really don't understand. He knows the pain I am in but he doesn't get it. People like you are what makes me keep coming back..

The best advise I can give you is to ignore any negative posts. Also when you see a newbie getting flamed don't bother posting at the end of the garbage. They probably aren't reading anyway. Just PM or e-mail them. Let them know there are caring people on the board. A lot of support goes on behind the scene's.

After many days of pain and suffering, people can get nasty.. not that it's an excuse....but it is their excuse for the most part. I just try to give positive advice based on my experience. People can take from it what they want. If they want to insult me or take issue with what I say, there's not much I can do..
Actually, the thing that works for me is posting without checking the notification of replies. That way, you kind of forget where you posted and don't end up knowing if there are abusive replies.
