Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday so you gotta be good till I think Easter? Or Good Friday. I get mixed up as I cain't figger those crazy Catholics out. Add drunken folks from Louisiana and my mind simply shuts down.
So I'll listen to Tom Waits' "I wish I was in New Orleans" on my way home tonight.
O to lean on a street lamp, watching the parade go by, 15th beer in my hand.....

Party is over at midnight tonight.......so we only have 8 hrs. left... ;D
And you have to be good till Easter Sunday....of course, that's dependent upon what you give up for Lent. Or you could be like my husband, and not give up anything  .

Mardi Gras was extended....well....in Ohio at least....got a Mari Gras party this Sat nite.....most are gettin hotel rooms......got a feelin it is gonna be KA-RAZY fun fer us cabin fever Ohion's.......they give out beads too ! Oh oh.....Pam-Coots-that's-beadless-at-the-time
