PERFECT weather (although 100+ degrees in Playa del Carmen!), fantastic ship, well-behaved kids, great drinks (did I say no CH?!) and back to reality in NH at 0 degrees this morning....ya can't win them all! Hope you've all been as PF as possible... Jim R

Great to read that you are back, and especially that you were able to ditch the CH SOB and truly enjoy yourself. Q: Did your ships bar bill shock you?

echo - yeah, bro - it did! The cruise itself cost $5K for the fgive of us and onboard expenses (bar, a little shopping and the expensive shore excursions) cost about $2500-3000 - all told about an $8K vacation. BUT, it SURE WAS FUN! Can't wait to do it again in a couple of years!! - Take care - Jim R

Thanks everyone! One Eye - yeah - there may be somthing to that!! Maybe, it's the warm weather AND the drinks - the secret weapon against the BEAST!!! It was an absolute BLAST and we're planning another one as soon as finances permit. So, as hazardous as this may sound (and be), I am declaring myself officially "in remission" (just hope I'm not back eating my words!) If any of you every think of cruising, I cannot recommend enough the "Eagle Class" ships of Royal Caribbean International. We went on Voyager of the Seas, but the other ones are: Explorer of the Seas, Adventure of the Seas, and the newest Navigator of the Seas - all the largest passenger ships in the world until the Queen Mary 2 comes out next year. It is an experience of a lifetime! - Jim R

Jim!!!!! I'm so happy you had a wonderful time! Did I lie? huh? huh? Did I lie? ;D You showed the son of a bitch that he couldn't mess with our vacation time! Way to go! Wish I could have kick his ass a little bit harder when I was in the Caribbean...but 2 attacks in 2 weeks is quite acceptable! I'm thrilled that you are finally in remission! I am too, but don't tell anyone. I don't want to jinx it! ;D Be good, be safe and continue enjoying life! hugs Ann
