 I HAVE BEEN CHRONIC FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD EPI. I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WAY THE PAIN COMES, HOW OFTEN, AND WHY DOES THE NEUROLOGIST ACT SO DAMN NONCHALAUNT (SP) ABOUT THE CH?

Those are questions you answer, not ask.
AND WHY DOES THE NEUROLOGIST ACT SO DAMN NONCHALAUNT (SP) ABOUT THE CH?
Because he A; doesn't know what causes it. and B; Can't cure it.
Can't look at it under a microscope.
But contrary to most experience there may be a test for it.
They used to have a little number called the "histamine test" where the shot histamnine into you to provoke a headache . they should follow that with DHE or imitrex or whatever after taking a nice long look at you squirming.
For my next Dr.s appointment I am considering the "No breakfast and two shots of Bourbon" Test, which , in my case is guarantee4d to to put me in the zone within an hour. Rule of thumb: twenty mintes drunk= two hours headache.

I'm guessing EPI = episodic.
There's lots of information you can get by pushing the buttons to the left, Inside, including the OUCH button.
