Some of you know what I'm talking about. Here I sit supposed to be bringing up a building mngmnt system and I'm really at CH.com. Customers only getting billed at 150 an hour. Hmmm lets see how can I justify these charges. Lets see - 2 hrs= 300.00 plus misc. expenses =75.00 plus travel charges = 450.00 and I think I'll throw in a fee for the guilt 700.00. yep that outa do it. and then we'll give a 10% discount(nahh). let billing throw in an overhead charge after and these 2 hrs only cost 1525.00 on my end. you guys are expensive. But I'm sure the customer appreciates it.. As you can see I'm not into work this day. I am stuck in an egg processing plant waiting for a part to arrive. Customer requests I stay untill part arrives and they will pay. 3 million chickens out back. And what am I thinking. I wonder whats up with those clusterheads? Anyone know of a clusters anonymous organization I might join.

Had me going there. I have the Siemens boys here working on upgrading our building management system. I was getting ready to run over and ask for a refund.
