Update on the Missing Part#1

;D ;D  Hello,
I guess I owe everyone an update, as I have been having not only Computer problems (Idiot Operator), but Health and Grandkid problems too!
Let me start with the most Dramatic and the longest first----My 9 Year Old Granddaughter “Heaven Leigh” The light of my eye’s and the fire of my heart has been putting through the hardest test so far.
Several months ago she and one of her friends from school created a story about Heaven’s Mother (Misty) and her friends mother (Grace) being in contact with each other through not only e-mail, but by telephone too!
Seems as though they had a plan to kidnap Heaven and Trysten from us, also they were supposed to be sending each other Drugs through UPS. This went on for about 2 months, everyday a new page in the ongoing saga of the kidnap plan. Heaven had names and places and details that only a person in contact with Misty could have, (Or so we thought) I guess she just has an excellent memory.
Well after having her psychologist get involved and the school counselor meeting with her to try to get to the bottom of this matter she totally convinced them that this was really happening.
Well we knew what the mothers name was supposed to be. The parent of the little girl she was telling us that was supplying her with the information. I decided to take a chance and call her directly to ask about this situation, imagine our surprise when we found out that the persons name was Grace and not Linda Kay like we knew it was if it were the same person that Heaven had been telling us that it was all along, It was a completely different person, whom had no clue what was being hatch by her daughter and Heaven.
Turns out it was a complete fabrication so Heaven might get in trouble and possibly sent to the same jail as her Mother, Pretty sad indeed! But well thought out and orchestrated perfectly, I almost had the Narcotic people start watching to see if she was trafficking drugs to Wisconsin.
We had a long talk with Heaven and her counselor and thought we had gotten through to her on how bad this type of fabrication was.
Well last Tuesday when we picked Heaven and Trysten up from day camp, she began by telling us how this friends mother that has a mental illness had come up to the school that day and snuck onto the playground to get to her daughter (NeNe). The mother is named Jeannene and the little girl is too so they call her NeNe for a nickname.
Jeannene has either bipolar decease or she is Schizophrenic, but to say the least she is out there, way out there! We have had problems with her in the past attacking Heaven verbally and calling here some very vulgar and offensive things.
Heaven had a huge bruise on her upper-inner arm and on her leg and head as well.
She told us that Jeannene had come to beat her daughter for some silly thing she did before leaving for school and she (Heaven was trying to help NeNe and her little brother Bobby get away from her before she hurt them, she (Heaven) stood in front of NeNe to block her mother and then Jeannene pushed her down really hard forcing her into a fence post where she injured herself. This story got very elaborate before the end with claims of another person jumping on Jeannene and holding her down to allow the kids to escape into the school, while yelling for them to run for help, go tell a teacher and her grandparents (as this person was also there at the last confrontation we had had!) Heaven backed her story up by saying this young man, Barry had been taken into the office for fighting and that was how the mother had the opportunity to gain access to them, for at that time the playground monitor had to leave to take Barry and the other young man to the office which left the open window of opportunity.
Naturally, given the last problem we had with her (Jeannene) we believed Heaven and called not only the Child Abuse Hotline to address the problems at the home of Jeannene, but also the local sheriff to file an assault charge against Jeannene for pushing Heaven down the way she did.
On Wednesday, I kept Heaven and Trysten Home out of the fear of reprisals from Jeannene and on Thursday as soon as Heaven and Trysten got to school, the Dean of Guidance and the Principle called Heaven into the office, I told her if they called her into the office to question her for her to demand that I be called up there so the didn’t prod her into changing her story, which they did, We sat there while the Guidance Counselor used a diagramed profile to record Heavens story and then we set out to prove or disprove each point of contention she had made. By the time we had finished she had called each and every person into the office that Heaven mentioned in her deposition, all of the Teachers that were Playground Monitors that day, the Boy Barry and every person Heaven thought might have seen the incident.
