Having just witnessed the arrival of the New Year in the UK. Fireworks, people laughing enjoying themselves, it struck me how fortunate we are to live in a democracy. People coming and going as they please, saying what they think and feel, looking after their loved ones and being happy. Whatever happens in 2003, the price of freedom and democracy is paramount, whatever needs to be done, has to be done. Happy New Year to you ALL. Steve
