 We have exciting news at our house. Our daughter, Megan, got engaged today. No date yet, kind of exciting.! Lee is already complaining about how much it is going to cost..........

She can have a lovely wedding without breaking the Schultz bank - just be creative and shop for bargains.
Can she (will she?) wear your wedding dress? I wore my mom's and I was thrilled I could both pay homage to her and save all that money!
Keep emphasizing the marriage is much more important than the wedding!
And enjoy this great time with your daughter!

I am not sure about the wedding dress, I am going to ask her, although she is taller than me. I think that would be very special, if she chooses to do that, we will see.
