I've never seen a real bluebird, are they beautiful.
Love the daffys, they look 15 feet tall against the sky. Reminds me of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds... cellophane flowers of yellow and green, towering over your head...

Me too, me too! I thought he was referring to DonnaD and almost skipped the thread entirely (except for the fact that I'm curious and nosy ).

Those are absolutely gorgeous! My daffydills are long gone now and my iris aren't blooming yet. I do have a rose bud about to open and several buds on other bushes. I was going to go out today and do a little *nature* photography, but Jimbo and I went to the catfish festival instead, so I shot people and cars instead!
What type of camera and lens are you using?

ps, did anybody notice the two odd turtles out in turtle row? I'll give you a hint, it has something to do with their *ears*.

Dayum! That's one helluva little camera! That would have come in handy today, instead of me toting that bigazz camera around today.
you are right about the turtles! Two of them are red eared sliders and they're actually *domesticated* turtles, as opposed to being *wild*.
Maybe I'll get out tomorrow and go take some pictures. Never know what the weather will be any more.
