My neuro, the mad scientist, made some pills for me. They contain Niacin, Taurine, caffeine and something else......Crap! I forgot, LOL. (it's an herb)
I picked them up on Monday and guess what???
NO HAs SINCE THEN!!!!!
I've had shadows but not the real deal.
I'll let y'all know. I don't have the exact number of the dosage in each pill, but if they work I will definately give y'all that info!!

Niacin is one of the supplements, along with magnesium, my neuro put me on many years ago. I'm convinced it's reduced both the frequency and the intensity of my attacks. So glad you found something that's helping!

My Neuro is also a bodybuilder and he formulates nutrients and such. I dunno......Stuff to bulk you up?(GNC) stuff like that so he has the capabilities to "whip somethin up".
Barbara......I take one a day, so preventitive. Seems to work so far!
