From all the people in my head to yours!
March is Mental Health Month...You can do your bit by remembering to send an e-mail to
 at least one unstable person . . . . . My job's done!!   HA!

Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!
From one unstable person to another.....
Hope everyone is happy in your head - we're all doing pretty good in mine!!

Thanks for the reminder, Barb.  I'll have to look around and see where I left mine from last March.

No you didn't Ray...It's only March 19th.  You still have about 12 more days to get fitted for that little "white" number with the long sleeves that tie around in the back for a most up-to-the-min,  look that will be on all the run-ways come April.

Well I thought the following incident was funny.  I hope you will too.

Last week, I had a doctor's appointment with my family practice doctor.  After discussing my insomnia and grouchy feelings, she suggested Abilify, an antischitzophrenic.  She said "I know that you're not schitzophrenic..." and I pointed over my shoulder, behind me and said in a loud voice, "Well tell them that!"

And she just cracked up...

I can be a real smarty butt.  Hey Linda, thanks for reminding me that it's still March.  I guess I forgot, DUH!

LOL

I know. What would be wrong with an intense, concentrated Nut Job Day?
