You need to save the photo to your computer and then upload it to a photo hosting site like Flickr or photobucket.
Once it's there you reference it here with either a link or a direct location between image tags. [ img] [ /img] (remove the spaces)

Thanks! I knew to do that with my photos, but didn't know to do that with emails.
