I came across this on the OUCH Supplemental O2 guide, in your bio:

Annette is currently working on several
research projects on CH and CH treatments.

Can you share this info with us? What projects are you working on? Are they affiliated with a University or hospital? A pharmaceutical company?

Just curious...

It's a saying they have at universities, the professors are either regularly getting published, or they are shown the door. So it's, "Publish or Perish!" Wink

Thank you for elaborating, Annette. So, essentially, you're doing something similar to what Bob Johnson and Jonathan (Floridian) do.

I think you'd find their research quite helpful. Here's a link to Jonathan's site, and I'm sure Bob would gladly help you with any links to the research he's done.

I didnt know that was Flo's site. Where is he these days? I miss him.

Cluster ( Friedrich ) is also helping me a HUGE lot by sending me articles on CH that he found. CH articles are scattered all over the place, it takes time to find them. I have stumbled across CH articles while looking for something else all togther.

Yes, Flo is sorely missed.  I really enjoyed his posts.  And his good spirit when I addressed him as a female.  How the heck was I to know?

Anyway, Hi Flo.  Hope all is well.

Just want to share a last message with Jon on this board from over a year ago (Jan 23, 2007) to show how well he has accomplished what he had set his mind to do.

Quote:
Right now, my hurdles with my project are related to programming.  Its a large database - not just of CH related stuff, but of more general physiological mechanisms. Structuring the info properly in a formal, abstract way is the key ... once the bugs are out of that and I get a web interface, it should be useful in many areas, including CH.

Proud of you, Jon.  Excellent determination and a legacy well done.      Smiley

Thanks john d for the comments from other online sites stating the applicability and service jon is to them as he has been to us here.
