Great menu Jen! We are having one friend over so Daytona menu is going to be:
 
BIG shrimp ring. hot wings, cranberry brie, sausage bites, three cheese and crab dip and a bunch of BEER! beer

Not much notice taken here, but my middle brother (and his wife, Anita, most especially) will BE THERE in the stands, sniffin' the fumes like incense.  
 
Their house resembles a shrine to "88" and Holy Earnhardt.  It's slightly peculiar.

Can't start a Daytona 500 race without a good base. Here is what we had for brunch before the green flag.
 

 
Like Jackie, once the green flag drops everyone is on their own for food. We will have it laid out on the counter but will not miss any racing to prepare food.

Who by the way began his racing career right here in Central Wisconsin racing at Golden Sands Speedway on Hwy 54 between Stevens point and Wisconsin Rapids against the much better (read honest and sportsman-like) Marv Marzofka.
