100th day of school - inspiration explained?

My Daughter Molly has this great teacher. She really makes the 1st grade experience amazing for those lucky enough to find themselves in her class. Yesterday was the 100th day of school. Every year she has the kids dress up like they are 100 years old. I just had to share these shots. -Dennis-

Wow Dennis, Molly looks, well, so old!! What a great teacher she has. Back in our day I had a teacher that looked 100 years old and would never crack a smile let alone do something like this. Very Cool!!
