Fork mashed taters with gravy, fresh spinach salad and of course as Bill, Pat and Redd would say "A crusty bread"

Damn!, Jenny Craig here I come!  Grin  I'm sick of Winter already but the food "ROCKS" Smiley

Ten years ago the term "Winter hump" meant something different, now its another 5 pounds added to my already fat A$$ Tongue Grin I have my first stress test this Friday, what is that like? I guess I'll find out.

I guess I'm like a new car for sale, it ain't the years, its the mileage!

Goodnight everybody, (One more 7&7 though)

Not interested in Jenny Craig.  A year ago, I decided to eat what I want, just in limited portions.  I lost weight and my cholesterol numbers are all good.  So pass me some of that!

Stress test isn't much - they wire you up and put you on the treadmill.  Then it speeds up. Then you get winded and plead for them to stop, but they keep going to red-line you.

You could have used better wording on that one, bro.  Wink

Chow down but bear in mind that as far as I'm concerned, cabbage does not belong in the universe.
