Weird change.

Received change from a small purchase at a local C store today, took a closer look at the dime I got--because it looked odd--and discovered that was a dime all right, but it was an 1876 "Seated Liberty" dime.
Where the heck did that come from, I wonder?
I gave it to Ellen.

My dad used to collect coins. His collection included lots of rare special edition coins. When he passed away, we decided to keep the collection, so we still have it right there where he left it.
