Damn Travelagency "Marcopolo travelagency"

Was ready to call and order the flighttickets to Dallas for me and Bente over the phone today.We have been using this agency for years.Guess what the answer was. We cant help you on the phone but all contacts and order has to be done on the net,and the damn agent just hung up on me. Guess i have to find a new travelagent that are willing to TALK to their customers before ordering anything Svenn "that is really pissed" today

Damn. You never get a break. I know how you feel Svenn. I spend a lot of time trying to find addresses where I can send a real letter to some greedy business. They tend to reply to hard mail, as do politicians. They have to open your envelope because they never know if there's cash inside. Anyway, they like to tell us how much more convenient it will be when they switch to computers. Bullshit....they can just fire a couple of people and save money that way. One idea Svenn. Charlie

Some banks in here just like that - they accuse you for coming there IN PERSON and talking to them instead of using your email and internet bank accont. Unfortunately there still are few errans which cannot be handled online... And yes, it is much more irritating to hear someone complain after you've been waiting for your turn about half and hour or 45 minutes! What comes to travel agencies, the biggest ones do have websites and a possibility to book tickets via websites, but they all have phone numbers to call to and offices to visit. The difference is that if you book online, you will get certain amount of discount. Sanna
