For the umpteenth year in a row I haven't seen one movie on that list. I'm sick of being preached to by Hollywood.

I'm witcha Pat. I couldn't care less about the lot of them. America has a fascination with these so-called stars that borders (or not) on the creepy. Maybe I'm just getting old, but there haven't been many of what I'd call "Stars" on the silver screen for years. Maybe it's because there is no mystery or mystique anymore. It's front page news when one of them takes a dump these days. It's just...oh well, let me stop before I get out of control. Suffice it to say, I won't be watching or spend a lot of time worrying about who wins what.

The only movie I want to see out of all of those is Juno. That won't happen until it is released on DVD and I can borrow it from my DVD neurotic sister-in-law.

| Well, they all are lined up alphabetically, but she watches them over, and over, and over, and over, and over... When we went up north with them, she had the TV on all day freaking long every single day and put nothing but movies in. Drove me insane!

I see this stuff if it hits HBO. Otherwise...Nope. Let's see....I don't know what "Michael Clayton" is and the same for: "No Country For Old Men." I've never heard of 11 of those actors either. I'm a dull guy. Charlie

There's about 3 people in that list I could pick out and say with almost certainty who they are and I've never seen any of the movies. I know, I know. Shut up, Mike.

Most of those movies are already shown back here in Finland - a change to those days when only the biggest blockbusters and rewarded films were brought to these neck of the woods after the award season. My mother went to see La Vie en Rose last summer and Timo is going to see In The Valley of Elah this Saturday. Sanna

I want to see the assassination of Jessie James and Sweeney Todd. But then again I preformed Sweeney Todd in College so I want to see how they adapted it to the big screen
