Alone in a hotel room

This has been the weekend from hell! Started off Saturday morning. Got sent home from werk early, so called my gf to come get me. At the time, she was only about 10 mins away, because she was coming back from picking up her friend at the airport in Louisville. She said she was on her way, so I go outside to smoke a cigarette and wait for her... And wait... And wait... Finally after half an hour, I call her again, and find out she brought her friend back to our place 20 mins away, before coming to get me. Wouldn't have been so much of a problem if it hadn't been so cold that morning, and I was wearing shorts.
So she finally shows up, and I drive us back to our apartment to drop her off before going to the hotel to check in. Get to the hotel, and find out I have to wait like 6 hours to check in, or I'll be charged for an extra night. So I go back to the apartment, and my gf tells me to go take a nap at her mom's house.
I leave to go to her mom's house, and the damned tranny in the van decides to act, and I finally have to park it off the side of the road, and walk the rest of the way to my gf's mom house (a little over a mile away). Now remember... I'm wearing shorts, and have a light jacket. I finally get there, and I'm a frozen solid. Everyone's asleep (It's like 3:30am now, so I was pretty much expecting that) so I grab a blanket and take a nap on the couch. I wake up a few hours later, and get 20 questions about why I had to sleep there... Fun, fun, fun...
So I finally get back to the van, and end up having to dump like 5 quarts of tranny fluid to get the tranny working again. The long trip had obviously caused the leaky seal to get alot leakier until it cooled down. So... Got the van going again, and eventually got checked into the hotel, and that's pretty much where I have been trapped since then... Which wouldn't be so bad, but there's nothing on the crappy cable here, and I'm alone, so I'm starting to go a little bit stir crazy... At least I get to go home tomorrow. If I ever stay in a hotel again, it'll be way too soon.

Kenn, it's freaking cold this weekend. I won't ask about the other stuff, but shorts in this weather? Light jacket? Gotta be prepared this time of year...
Hope you are doing alright. New gf? Long time no hear.

Was tryin' to get on here more often, but then lost my internet connection. Right now, I'm borrowing bandwidth from someone with an open network around here.
New gf??? Are ya kiddin'??? I can't keep up with the one I have already. 
I wear shorts at werk because it just gets too damned hot ya know. Hell... I run around so much at werk, that I'm sweating even in shorts... lol Normally a light jacket in more than enough, but spending that much time out in the cold wasn't a good idea...
How's things going with ya? I promiss I'll be back on more regularly once I get my internet back. Have a good one!

Well all... This is my last night in this hotel room, so tomorrow, I'll be back to not having internet access for a while. I'll get back online again as soon as I can, but until then, cy'allz l8rz! Have a good one!!!
