Get to brag some finially

Ive kept my piehole shut so I wouldnt jinx it but I tested yesterday for basic firefighter and now I am a certified firefighter!  Now I get to run into fires and know I am doing it right by texas standards. I am tired though all weel going to class after work till 11:00 pm to prep for the test and now I can rest. Of course it doesnt mean extra money because it is a volunteer fire dept no pay at all but it does mean I may be able to do better for our community. 2 more years of school till I get to test for advanced, and challange for the national registry.
Of course right in the middle of the test the beast decided to pay me a visit but I had to battle through it, same as I would if I was at a fire and it visits.
Thanks in advance, and hope I never have to use all I have learned. I would feel great knowing I could do good and never having to need to use it.
