Ever had anything happen to you and you sit back and say..."Shit, what do I do with that?" DJ and I get emails ALL the time from people that find the websites for the first time and are completely overwhelmed with the fact that they are not alone. For those of you that are familiar with the other site; when you get emails saying...my insurance denied surgery coverage or my doctor says surgery is too risky...AHHHHHH...HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!! Don't they fucking get it, these peiple wil DIE if they don't have surgery!!!! All to save a fucking dollar. However, when you get the emails telling you that you have saved their wife's life...that's a humbling experience. DJ is going to SHOOT me for sharing this story, but I have never felt so much pride for marrying my husband and being blessed to be a part of something so spectacular. I just have to share it with this family. We had a husband call us last night from a hospital after his wife was put back in ICU following surgery for moyamoya. He was scared and overwhelmed by the experience and wanted to ask DJ some comforting questions. Through the tears he called to tell DJ thank you for creating the website and that he had saved his wife's life. Listening to the conversation, I, myself found tears of pride and honor pouring down my face. Watching my husband on the phone with him, he had tears dropping down his cheeks. After he got off the phone, he looked at me and said..."I don't deserve that!" My husband is TOO humble. A perfect stranger touched my heart and soul forever. I have no idea what this man looks like, how old he is, what color his skin is, what political party he is affiliated with, but I do know that none of that mattered. We may be different in many ways, but ultimately we are the same...we live, we breathe, we love, we hurt, we laugh and we cry. Life is too short...

Steph... I can't tell you how many times I have blamed DJ for so many things. because of him I have come to know hundreds of brothers and sisters... because of him I have found a family... because of him... I have found relief from this anguish called CH.... because of him I don't feel so alone. In the court of life... I say that DJ is above and beyond all reasonable doubt guilty of being... a Hero! DJ.... Thank you for who you are and for being so guilty of being such a great guy! with warm regards, Tony

You and DJ have saved me and given me the strength to face another day and the hope that in your own right you understand that you deserve all the adulaion you can get for the efforts you put out here on this site, I myself live in extreme chronic pain, however if it weren't for this site I know that I would have ended my life a very long ago. CH.com gives me the strength to carry on just one more day and the hope that my story will give someone the strength to endure and find help. I Love You Two and hope In some small way you realize how much you have affected this Old Soul! Papppy

Great story and this site has helped my doctors get a better handle on CH too.....even if they won't admit it. My neurolgist now and then asks me what's new from here. I kid you not. We're proud of him too. Charlie

I have only been a member of this wonderful family for just over 2 months now although it feels like forever! And I am eternally grateful to you and DJ for creating this site for us. Without this home I am sure you know how lonely and much more negatively thousands of lives would be affectedbut because you both have been so gracious and generous of yourselves, you deserve every reward, positve phone call, thank you, pat on the back, and any other gesture someone feels they need to share with you guys. You both are Blessings in my life and many others and I wish nothing but the best for you and your family. Many Blessings to you and yours! Tess

You get what you deserve, and Dj you did deserve that. This site has saved many of us. I was at my ropes end when my wife found this site. So we tied a knot in the rope and held on for dear life. It helps you fight a little harder when you know your not alone. Now thanks to this site my Doctor, and many other Doctors, have been educated to what we go through and how to help us. Don't say you didn't deserve that because many of us will disagree. Thanks DJ,
