Will there ever be light at the end of this never ending tunnel to hell? I'm about sick of it all. Tony

Sometimes it's pretty dim over that way, ain't it? I think we carry our light with us--but you know that. Because that's what you do, from everything I've seen. Best wishes, George

Tony, I find the light gets a little brighter with some chocolate ice cream, fuzzy slippers and some bugs bunny toons. I'll do a little of each in your honor tonight. Bridget

There is always light my dear brother, even when you cant see it and dont feel like searching for it. Sometimes its as close by as the next turn in the tunnel, you may not have to go to the end to find it ... I also found that the more you let out the darkness within, the pain, the feeling of despair, the doubt, the anger, the frustration ... whatever, then the easier it is for the light to find you. Please rant, whinge, yell, cry, complain, kick pillows and punch mattresses ..... pour it all out to us here and it will make the load just a little bit lighter for you so that you can get to that next turn in the tunnel quicker. HUGS !! LOTS OF LOVE !! PRAYERS !! VIBES .... in megaloads coming your way ...

Hang in there Tony. It IS possible and don't ever think it's not. There are many of us here that are proof of that. 22 years of cycles every year, then POOF... 4 year PF anniversary today. Keep the faith.

Bro, I have learned the light at the end of the tunnel is inside my skin. I AM the light at the end of this tunnel. Course, that doesn't help you, but you get what I mean.

Hello friends. Thank you all for your kind words of hope, encouragement and good wishes. The headaches are fairly frequent and thanks to o2 I'm not having to endure anything past a KIP 6. Of course I have much to be grateful for... many of you here are responsible for my getting the o2 to use as an abortive. Many of you nagged me relentlessly until I had little choice... and when I finally did get the o2 it made a world of difference to my existence. Again thank all of you for making any effort in this matter. My current state is a terrible depression. It's difficult to see any hope right now and it hurts like hell. I have been trying to stay positive and supportive. I'm very reluctant to post this because I hate to add to the nightmares that you all already go through... I also do not wish to appear weak or a drama queen... Please... you don't even have to respond to this... just please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I'm afraid that I am spiraling down further than I can ever recover from. I AM NOT GOING TO HURT MYSELF or ANYONE ELSE. I just want your prayers. Thank you for listening to me whine. with warm regards, Tony

Lighting a candle for you and prayers coming your way Tony. I will keep praying until you are completely well again. Share the hurt around and it will be a bit easier. Speak about it helps too. Its most definitely not a sign of weakness or being dramatic, its human, and its good ! Let us have your back while you put up your feet for a break. You have been fighting tough for a long time. Relax now and let other people row the boat for you while you rest. HUGS

Tony, this happens to many people this time of the year. I get affected by lack of sunlight in the winter in most years. Add to that, the fact I wake up in pain every morning, and don't want to move, let alone get out of bed and go to work. And my freaking doctor wouldn't give me any anti-depressants (ass hole). I know how you feel. All I can offer is to keep getting out of bed every day. Hit the shower. And try to go for a walk, or get some form of exercise, it does help. And keep warm. Don't worry about us, we'll still be here to give you a hard time when you need it.
