Congrats to the Canadian World Jr. Hockey Team! I am not a hockey fan but watched the last couple of games in HD on my 50 Plazma tv, WOW!! The thing I like about this hockey compared to the NHL is there is not the fighting and violence, a much cleaner game. Proud of you guys!

I miss my Canadian Hockey. Had a nephew who went all the way - they were going to sign him to the NHL as a goalie, he turned them down. He found girls. Cat

He is pursuing his masters degree in bio-electronics if I remember correctly. Lord knows he had the arrogance to make it in the NHL LOL. As a goalie he was the best, the kid was a sight to behold, from pee wee on he let in a total of 12 goals. Now well in his 20's, he has no regrets. Oh to have those kinds of choices in life. (his university was paid for by scholarship I might add....) Cat p.s. he now mentors kids in softball and hockey.

Did you see the NHL game played last week outdoors in Buffalo ? With the snow it reminded me of the good OLD days.
