Way cool illusion. I have no idea how it's done, of course. Best, George

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs Wearing the tangerine suits And their harlequin eyes. The pain they inspire Draws in harmonica melodies And the feathers of birds Which flame up at their touch. It all comes to light in the sheer Debonair. (Ellen)

Nobody breaks his walking path, they just swam under it. There has to be glass/plexi under his feet. We went to see David Copperfield a few years back, the place was packed. For some of his illusions he picked people out of the crowd, even some groups of people. All were very excited to participate. After the show ended, we went to get something to eat, but it was to long of a wait, so we headed back to the car. As we were walking the big show buses were pulling up in front of the theatre, and we noticed all of the people in the audience he picked were getting on the one of the buses My guess is all of the people in Angels pool were on the payroll. Cool illusion though

Perhaps something was holding him from above--like a line of some sort. Who the hell knows ?!?!

| He threw off his shoe, away from his walking path. You can't see glass in water, I can't tell you how many masks I've lost while scuba diving

| The pool is at a Las Vegas hotel. Normally the pools are packed. There are very few people in that pool and nearly no one around it. Selective audience and a submerged plexi glass path.

Sly Stone was balanced on a couple panes of plexiglass to give the image of a leap on this old album cover. I think it was Michael Jackson that used the plexiglass-under-water in a video routine to dance across, also.

| He did. The plexi is submerged just below the water line.

Thanks for all the replies, this guy is a very good illusionist. The plexiglass under the water makes sense now. I also see how he had the woman appear torn in two but how did he put his body through the glass with the paper over it? I guess that is his secret.

The more I see it the more the platform is obvious at a few differant angles. Still takes a lot of tomatoes to be standing attached to that thing that high up though.

It took me a couple of looks to see the platform, but like Don says, he really is that high in the air doing this. I am not good with heights, my palms are sweating!
