Dog Farts, Cheap Shots, Kibble Stash and Paybacks

I awoke this morning to a not-so-pleasant smell.  Cautiously opening my eyes, I looked around and then focused on my teeny 10 pound Miniature Dachshund, Basha who was resting peacefully under the covers.  I instantly knew she was the source of this black cloud by the slow smile that was spreading across her furry little face.  Dogs seem to take great pride in creating bad smells and she was definitely proud of this one.

As I let Basha and Deeogee (my Doberman) outside, Deeogee  nudged Basha as if to give her the canine version of a "high-five" or, in the case of a dog, a "high four" congratulating her for creating such a great smell.  They continued their celebrating in the back yard by romping and barking with each other.

Once back inside the house, the romping and celebrating started again only this time I was directly in its path due to being a bit bleary eyed from the combination of the after effects of Basha's black cloud, not being 100% awake yet and not yet having my first cup of java.   Then came the cheap shot from Deeogee.

Eighty five pounds of happy Doberman came flying at the back of my knees and down I went.  Yes, I am awake now.

The post fart celebration continued with Deeogee running and stashing kibble on the top of the trash can in the kitchen, the bench under my desk and on the rug at the front door.  I am still trying to figure out the significance of this but I'm sure it means something in the canine world?

As I watch the swelling on my knees continue to increase, both dogs are fast asleep in their beds.  Little do they know that paybacks are a real bitch!!! Wink

If it were me I'd be retreiving the hand held air horn from the boat.

Wake em' just to feel better the rest of the day.  De-gas em' just before bed.  Shocked

Would the owner of the propane torch, egg beater, pipe expander and vise grips please claim these items. They're lodged in my head and I need the space.
