Flowers for the lady

After 7 children a lady went into hospital for a discreet tuck and tighten in her private nether regions.
On waking from the operation there were three bouquets of flowers in her room.
They all carried a card:
The first said - ' Get well soon' - 'Your loving husband'
The second - ' Thanks for being a great patient' - 'Your surgeon'
The third - 'Thanks for the new pair of ears' - 'The burns unit'
