Doctor's Assistant

An Irish Doctor wanted to go hunting, he called his assistant Paddy.
"Paddy, I am going hunting tomorrow, and we don't want to close the clinic. Can you take care of our patients.
"No bother, I candoit" answers PAddy.
The doctor goes hunting and returns the next day and asks:
"So Paddy, how was your day?"
"No bother at all" Paddy tells him he took care of 3 patients.
"The first one had a headache and I gave him Panadol."
"Well done and the second one?"
"The second one had stomach burning and I gave him MAALOX."
"Execllent Paddy, you're good at this and the third one?"
"I was sitting in dere minding me own business when suddenly the door flies open and a woman bursts in undresses herself, taking off her bra, her panties lies down on the table and shouts:
"HELP ME since 5 years I have not seen any man!!!!!!!"
"And what did you do Paddy?" asks the Doctor apprehensively.
"What else could I do ? ......
