A linguist was touring giving talks about differences between languages. 'In most languages the use of a double-negative translates into a positive. For example "I didn't do nothing" actually translates to "I did something". 'In a few languages, however, a double-negative acts to reinforce the negative. But it's interesting to note that there are NO languages where a double-positive implies a negative.' At which point a heckler in the audience shouted 'Yeah. Right!'.
