Just a quick note to all you folks out there. I have been PF for over 2.5 weeks now, this cycle is over...still some shadows when I first wake up in the 1 to 2 Kip scale, but I'm confident their over. ;D Making a big life change in the next week, will be moving back to the Colorado High country to work. I will stay in touch with all the shinanagins on this site from there, I'm real exited ;D talk to ya'll later.... bye.

Glad to hear you're PF. I've been thinking that I'm at the end of my cycle (started last November and I've just about had it) but just when the going gets good - as Emeril would say - BAM. I, too, get shadows during the day, generally 1-2 kip scale, and have been getting a couple of PF nites, but then it seems to start all over again. My question, how long do you usually feel the shadows before they're completely gone? Or do you always feel them even up till your next cycle. I guess I just get completely optomistic and think when they're gone they're gonna be completely gone. Good luck with the move. Never been to Colorado (high country or otherwise) but think it must be beautiful. PF always. Linda T.
