Do you remember a few years back on the old board, you put up a picture of the sunset horizon ......................
... do do do looking out your back door?
It was an orange sky with somewhat grayish clouds and just a small area of blackened terrain at the bottom.
I was going to paint that, but can't find it the archives. Maybe 1999 or 2000?
Maybe you still have the pic, it was a great scene.
Been wanting to paint it for some time, but keep forgetting, your post under the painting auction reminded me to ask now before I forget again!
I'll have to post a pic of our backyard view, incredible. Course if I do, we may have a Colorado Convention in 2005!

If the one you want is not there ill find it for you....I have takin hundreds of these, shutterfly squeezes the pics so theres more to the pic than you see. It will be real size when I e-mail it to you.

There was talk of an OUCH Store calendar ..... ???

Hey Jonny....what type of equipment are you using for these pics, speed of film, etc....
I'm always interested in taking these type of photos, but they never come out like these....

I shoot them out the bay door at my shop in the direction of plymouth bay (its only about a mile and a half away)
Jim,
Nothing special dude, just a digital camera (1.3 pixles) and knowing when to take a shot (that means take a shot every three mins and weed out the bad ones later....LMAO )
