End of cycle question

When Im leaving a cycle I get short,10 minute h/a at different times than usual cycle time. Its the whole cluster h/a(stuffed nose, sore throat, temple pain, eye pain, eye watering, neck sore/stiff,and jaw pain)all summed up in about 5-10 minutes rather than 30-60 minutes.Anyone else experience this? Also stopped drinking beer 2 weeks ago which helped lessen and shorten attacks.

Hi, they are not shadows.I get shadows quite often during a cycle. These are actually 5-7 kips in this short amount of time.I probably will be out of cycle in a week or two(normal cycle).

when cycles fade for me, the length/duration of each attack doesn't change, just the intensity.

THis happens at the end of my cycles as well.
It's also how my cycles start.

Hi Reese,
My headaches come and go in waves out of cycle. they are by far milder than full on attacks, but they suck none the less.
They do however come around the same time of day.
Hope I helped you.
