Heartfelt "Thank you"

Since joining the site at the start of my cycle in mid January 2008, I have enjoyed support, advice and invaluable ideas from this God-send and its members. I would especially like to thank Batch for his efforts in assisting me to obtain O2 equipment here in China! As of 18 March, I have declared myself officially out of cycle! Ya - f***ing- hoo! This site taught me about Red Bull, kudzu and melatonin. The Red Bull worked a dream in combo with an occipital nerve blockade, the O2 and ergotamine. My friendly neighbourhood traditional Chinese chemist ground me up 4lbs of kudzu root, of which I partook in (over) abundance. And the melatonin gave me restful, peaceful nights. I can honestly say I never had a Kip 3+ the entire cycle, and the frequency/intensity of the attacks was the lowest I have EVER experienced. Without a doubt, I put all the benefits I have had bestowed upon me down to the incalculable common sense data I found strewn amongst these pages. I recommend anyone new to this site to research it thoroughly, open-mindedly and tenaciously! So, at the risk of seeming repetitious, thank you one and all for your insights, support and knowledge. I had a very large Scotch this evening, and believe me when I say: it was raised in a silent toast to you all. PFDAN and warmest regards, Rob

Dear Rob: Lending a helping hand or advice is what we try to do. I live for successful stories such as yours. I'd toast you with a drink, but unfortunately that is a sure trigger for me. Figuratively speaking, I lift a toast to you for many happy PFDANs. With best wishes, Ray
