Today's 'The Early Show' had a teaser regarding cluster headaches. I don't know if I missed it...might still be coming up. I will contact CBS to see if we can get the video and maybe post it here.....or post a link. Here is a link to the show's website story: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/03/12/earlyshow/health/main3928121.s html Getting more publicity is always good!!!! If anyone saw this would you let the rest know? Mike

Wasn't too bad for a short blurb. Unfortunately, the doctor initmated that people with clusters are better off remaining active while being hit (as opposed to someone with a migraine who has to go lay down in a dark room). Didn't mention Horner's Syndrome at all.

The publicity is good. The more awareness the better. However the doctor probably did not study Cluster headaches, he just read a script. Dr. Sean Kenniff was on Survivor in 2000. He had a number of television appearances, and ended up a Health Correspondant for CBS.

Also no mention of the severe pain. Yes it is good that it is getting some publicity.

I agree on the mention of o2! Absolutely, Even though it was a short blurb, and not completely difinitive about Ch, it was at least putting CH out there. Any advertising is better than no advertising when it comes to CH. Sandy

Also glad to see this get more publicity out there. Wish they could get in more with what we go through. Only mention of pain was wanting to rip your head off. Which is true but you want to do more than just rip your head off

I hope that piece is a start for more ch news back in there. If one journalist gets really interested about it, who knows, there could be a longer issue about ch the next time - or some health magazine could pick it up and do a feature.
