Just curious if anyone else has experienced this? My headaches began in 03 and have always begun in the left eye and never changed. At that time my opposite eye (right one) began to droop. That has gotten worse and is still drooping. It seems to get worse whenever I am tired, stressed and certainly when I have a ch. Certainly seems odd to me that it is the opposite side as cluster pain though. Anyone heard of this? Doctor is aware, doesn't seem concerned. But as I have menitoned I am in the process of looking for new doctor.

I droop on the same side as my head ache. My wife will see it start drooping often times before I do. I've never had it on the opposite side and my head aches have never switched sides. Guiseppi

My ch has always been on the left side. After 32 years of ch, I had a particularly long, bad attack in 2005. That cycle ended with a drooping eye on the left side. It has been drooping ever since in cycle or out. Never had it happen on the other side though. TheOldMan

Same here, my husband's left eye ( his Ch side ) is now permanently droopy after the 8 months long cycle His other eye is perfectly normal though, nothing wrong with it.
