Hi, I don't know how things are structured in England, but try phoning whoever provides medical oxygen and ask them. I find that oxygen suppliers are pretty savvy about cluster headaches. Plus, you know, some of the leading research on headaches is being done by Dr. Goadsby in the UK so you're in the right neighborhood. On the same page where you can find the headache diary is a link to physicians worldwide. There are several in UK who are recommended by other CH sufferers. http://www.ouch-us.org/chinfo1.htm

Hi WSB, Yes you can get o2 on the NHS. Go to your GP & ask (TELL) themyou are CH. Different areas are seved by different companies(I'm in South East-Allied Respiratory)look on OUCH uk under o2. My GP was semi aware of cluster and gave me O2 in 2001 BUT with a 2/4 lpm regulator which helped a little but nothing compared to the 15 lpm which arrived 9 days ago! The guy who delivers/installs the O2 actually told me I needed 15 lpm when i went to renew my 2/4 when first attack struck since June '06. Well then I had to go to my local pharmacy & load up 1 bottle at a time(no spare) Now however the next day delivery service( free same day emergency) is superb and I currently have 3 full large bottles & 4 small "portables"(essential as I have to go to work next week, well try very hard anyway!) So best of luck with that and oh yeah try it with Red Bull (1/3 can works for me if drunk first although only found this out 3 days ago but it Definitely works) Cheers! Colin

Hi wsb, 2 things I forgot to tell you. 1. My supply company do not supply the non rebreather masks needed you need to get your GP to ensure they source one elsewhere. If you have any problems with this route (I did) phone Intersurgical ltd on 0118 965 6300 & tell them you have CH and ask for product code 1102 they should send you some free ( well I ordered on thursday & am expecting them in morning) 2. The O2 is free (not even a £6 perscription the first time if you get your GP to set it all up) Hope this helps Colin
