Shadows?

Huh Well, I have been PF for 2 nights after 3 weeks...praise be! But I am wondering if the aching at the back of my neck (that one little spot where my clusters begin), next to my nose, my eye and ear are what are defined as shadows? Or are they just sore from the CH? Sometimes a dose of Advil will take the ache away, other times they fade on their own only to return at night. Never enough to either keep me from sleeping or wake me up, but they are there when I do wake up after a PF night.

Gee maybe it's just sinus problems! Now THAT would be nice for a change!

The side of my face, and the back of my neck are often tender after attacks. Heres hoping that is all it is.

If it is....then fine, I can handle it without a problem.  As long as I can sleep at night I think I can handle just about anything during the day!

Those spots are almost always sore for me, and have been for a couple of years, except for the few rare pain free days I've had since becoming chronic.  I take them to be shadows, and the back of the necknis common.  When I snort a zomig at just the right time, I get 4 to 6 hours without any of that, so I know that that pain is Ch related.

I think everyone has their own defintion of what a shadow means to them. During a cycle my right eye never feels quite right. That's how I can tell it's still with  me. I was PF Sunday and Monday and got an attack last night. I should've known because my eye still feels weird.

Also, my shadows include the ability to see right through women's clothing, but only if they're wearing polka dots, and any birds with yellow bellies appear almost invisible but I know they're there because they speak lines of prose from Beowulf.
