of being pf. Haven't had even a shadow for the past 36 hours!!!
Can't even remember the last time I went 24 hours without a ch.

I was sopposed to dose again last night (3rd time) but i had to drive the kids around. Gonna dose tonight.
Don't know if it's the seeds or just going into low cycle. Had some minor shadows this morning. As long as the kip 7-10 stay away, I'm happy
