Thanks Sanna. It appears that the word is getting out there, which is great. However, it would have been better if the article had mentioned abortive meds available especially oxygen. They only mentioned prophylactic meds for chronic as if only the chronics need treatment.

There were some stats posted on that a while back. If someone in your family has them you're more likely to get them but the odds are still astronomical. I have 2 daughters, now 21 and 24, neither has them. Someone else made a great post on the topic, said if you are destined to get them, how awesome to have a parent who already knows how to manage them! Hoping your kids luck out like mine did! Guiseppi
