Kudzu kicks a$$

The Beasts ass that is  . It took about 2 weeks to take effect. It's been almost 48 hours and I'm still pf. I have also been taking a calcium, magnesium and zinc vitamin and 9 mg of melatonin at night. I'm not taking any taurine pills at this time because I'm drinking 2-3 energy drinks a day.
I have been really getting slammed this past 6 weeks, 3-4 times a day, kip 8-9 each time. Last night around 10:00, I felt one trying to push through so I got the ice pack out............and didn't need it!!!

Can't prove it, but I feel like kudzu helped soften my cycle last year. I'm two weeks into my current cycle and I was taking kudzu twice a day...most of my hits were k5-7. For kicks I stopped taking zu (and melatonin) for a few days to see what would happen. Bad idea, since the next day I had a bad k9. So I'm back on the pills and we'll see how it goes.
