One of the doctors at my local practice says that CH is totally different to migraine yet another doc at the same practice says they are interlinked. Which of them is right?

It's an academic argument in which both camps can score points! Both seem to arise from our brain--but different parts of it; both share common nerve pathways; both share some, but not all meds; both need doctors who understand the differences and are skilled in treating them as rather different conditions.
