O2: Where to get it! DFW, TX

My neuro gave me RXs for Topomax and for Oxygen. The Topomax ended a 4 month bout (the first major one I had had since 1965!) so I believed I was home free for another 40 years. Apparently not, as I seem to be starting over again. So, now I am very anxious to get Oxygen and find it is not that easy. The only nearby medical supply only had an oxygen concentrator that delivers a maximum of 5 liters/minute. Not only will that not do, it is obvious these folks did not accurately read my prescription that clearly calls for 10/15 ltr/min with a non-rebreather mask. Where, in the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport area, can I find the proper equipment? I thought this would be the easy part!

Beck, Any medical supply can get a 15 lpm regulator (they may have to order it, BUT they CAN get it). Just tell them what you need (the script should, but tell them anyhow). Lordy, I live in Hicksville USA (way out in the country) - Red Hill TX and I didn't have to wait but two days for the medical supply to get mine. The O2 SHOULD be the easy part. Let us know if you're still having problems. Hugs BD

| Dr Scott Hall in Bedford, so it should be pretty convenient to Arlington too, and he has the most efficiently run office of any doc I've known in 66 years. I really like him and he seem to know his stuff.

Check with www.apria.com. They should be able to get you set-up with what you need and take care of billing direct to your insurance company.
