Allergies and CH's

Yesterday, in our backyard we found 2 orphaned Kittens, I am going to assume they are about 2-3 wks if that. I am allergic to cats but am too much of a sucker to not help these little guys. Can allergies trigger attacks?? I am afraid to take Benadryl because I get distonic reactions from it plus my dad says benadryl might make the CH's worse too. If there is a corralation between the 2 i'll toss these cats in a second. Screw my compassion. I've tried finding a place for them all day that doesn't euthanize. Thanks!!
