Dizziness and Vertigo before Cluster Headaches?

Hey Guys I have a question. Do any of you feel Dizziness or Vertigo months before a cluster headache?. I know some people experience right before an attack, however do any of you get it months before?. I am trying to establish wether or not my vertigo and dizziness has anything to do with my cluster headackes.....I appreciate any input you guys might give me.

Never heard of that being a symptom or side effect of clusters. Better go see a doctor.

It's probably just a messed up equalibriam. There's an adjustment they can do for that. I've had it a few times and it works for a while then you gotta go back and be adjusted again.
But I don't think it has anything to do with your CH.

no, it is not one of my simptoms, better go check your ears, it could be an ear infection, nothing better than a Doctor to give you a proper treatment.

Verapamil makes my blood pressure a little too low sometimes, on the low side but not *too* low (110/50 or lower...before it was usually 120/60) most of the time. When it gets too low I get dizzy. If you are on verapamil maybe thats it...either way I agree with everyone else get it checked out.

I agree with Chewy. There are some rare tumors that mimic cluster symptoms. Get an MRI. Don't mean to sound insensitive or scare you. Sorry.

Iv'e hade it, just thought it was side efect of the trips. Worse with Imitrex oral than Maxalt. None with DHE or Imitrex injection. I never had a bout of it till after CH started anyway.
