The beast is back full force in my head. I had three hits last night and another this afternoon.  I have had my limit of trex for the day, so I went to the store to buy some energy drinks.

While I'm standing in line with four cans of Rock Star, the man behind me asked if I was planning to stay up all night.  Without hesitating or thinking, I said "No, but it helps keep the beast away."  Realizing how that sounded, I just said "I get these headaches, uhh nevermind"  I think he will not make small talk with anyone while standing in line anytime soon.

you should have had your eyes follow some imaginary thing floating through the store just behind his head, and then duck all of a sudden. And say, "see what I mean... close call"

laugh  We are a little strange, are we not?  Keeping the "beast" away  laugh

"Beast" almost came out at work when talking to one of my co-workers about CH.  I can only wonder what they would have thought if I had said it.  I already have this phantom pain and now the beasts are getting me laugh

Beth,

I'm pretty sure that's what I would have said. Grin Without the explaining part... Luckily I live in one of Finland's university cities, which means that nobody asks me anything when I get my dose of Red Bulls/whatever.

Personally I WORRY a bit about the kids who buy Battery or Red Bull and candy all at once. That's a hyperactivity bomb waiting to explode. Undecided

PF wishes,
Sanna

laugh once  My neighboor asked me how I was doing and I was at the end of the cycle (what made me very happy) so I just answered without really thinking that I had not had a hit in almost a week and she just looked a me and said in very low voice...are you being abused, is your husband hitting you?...
I just LMAO, poor girl she was very worried...she is a very good neighboor .. Grin
